Brittany Myers is a fitness expert at Self Made Training Facility in Dallas, known for her disciplined and personalized approach to exercise. A US Marine veteran and blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Brittany combines her military background with her expertise in strength and conditioning to create tailored fitness programs that maximize results and minimize injury. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Physical Therapy, giving her a strong foundation in understanding the human body.
